Reserves

The Open Space Reserve Management Plan provides long-term management strategies for open spaces such as Camel’s Back, Hulls Gulch and Military Reserves in the City of Boise. The city owns and manages 14 reserves totaling approximately 5,000 acres.

Antelope Bitterbrush Reserve

Antelope Bitterbrush Reserve is located north of Pierce Park Road between Cartwright Road and Seamans Gulch Road.

Camel's Back Reserve

Camel's Back Reserve is 63 acres and is located at 1200 W. Heron St. in Boise.

Chief Eagle Eye Reserve

Chief Eagle Eye Reserve is 49 acres and is located at 451 N. Quarry View Pl. in Boise.

Foothills East Reserve

Foothills East Reserve is 24 acres and is located at 1220 E. Shenandoah Dr. in Boise.

Hawkins Range Reserve

Hawkins Range Reserve is 393 acres of foothills property off Bogus Basin Rd. in Boise.

Hillside to Hollow Reserve

Hillside to Hollow Reserve is 260 acres and located off of Bogus Basin Rd. in Boise.

Hulls Gulch Reserve

Hulls Gulch Reserve is 292 acres and is located at 3001 N. Sunset Peak Rd. in Boise.

Mesa Reserve

Mesa Reserve is 164 acres and is located next to Table Rock.

Military Reserve

Military Reserve is 734 acres and is located at 750 N. Mountain Cove Rd. in Boise.

Noble Reserve

Noble Reserve is 598 acres and is located off of Rocky Canyon Rd. in Boise.

Oregon Trail Reserve

Oregon Trail Reserve is 77 acres and is located at 4500 E. Lake Forest Dr. in Boise.

Peace Valley Overlook Reserve

Reserve is located in east Boise.

Polecat Gulch Reserve

Polecat Gulch Reserve is 322 acres.

Stack Rock Reserve

Stack Rock Reserve is 2174 acres and is located off of Bogus Basin Rd. in Boise.
